At BarOle, providing our customers with shipment-status information is key. We have many options available, which can be customized to fit your needs.

EDI
At BarOle we are 100 percent EDI ready. 204's, 210's, and 214's are not a problem for us.

E-Mail Invoicing In an effort to help the environment, we have the ability to send invoices electronically which is efficient and cost effective for both our customers and BarOle. This also eliminates the need for paper, envelopes and postage.

Automated POD's
Many of our customers require Proof-of-Delivery information as soon as it is available. We are able to accommodate this need.

Shipment Status E-mail Notification
Many of our customers need to know arrival and departure times for their shipments, which we are able to provide.

Automated Systems. Even though we have all of these Automated Systems in place, our Customer-Service and Dispatch departments are just a phone call away.

MOBILE COMMUNICATION: Every truck running with BarOle Trucking is outfitted with a Nextel phone which is directly connected to our dispatch system. Important load data, including daily dispatches, are processed in real time between our trucks and computer system, allowing us the capability of real-time electronic POD's and interchanges.

FLEET: BarOle has a large fleet of trucks, both Company owned and Independent Owner Operators. Our Fleet is able to accommodate points from the Twin Cities Metro Area to Outstate MN, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois.
